Warranty conditions
NEEC Audio Barcelona designs and produces professional audio products under the Ecler brand.
NEEC Audio Barcelona performs extensive reliability testing and quality control in order to ensure the quality of the Ecler brand products. Even so, your product may need service during or after the warranty period. In this case, the product should be properly protected with its original packaging and sent to an authorised service centre, shipping and insurance paid, together with a detailed description of the observed problem and a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase, along with the warranty card or the Internet registration number of the warranty, if any.
Authorised service centres: The warranty on Ecler products is valid only if repairs or services are performed or provided by a service centre authorised by NEEC Audio Barcelona. Please contact the official Ecler distributor for your area to know the authorised service centres.
Terms and conditions: NEEC Audio Barcelona warrants the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects of Ecler products for a period of five* years from the date of purchase.
If the product does not function properly within the warranty period, NEEC Audio Barcelona S.L. will repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion, at no charge. The original retail purchaser is entitled to this warranty only if he retained the dated proof of purchase of the ECLER product, demonstrating the guarantee's validity when he notifies the product failure. This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original purchaser from an authorised dealer of ECLER products.
This warranty does not cover the following: Damage caused by improper operation or neglect, lack of basic care, failure to follow instructions in the applicable owner’s manual, incorrect connection or accident. NEEC Audio Barcelona, S.L. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or harm related to or caused by ECLER products. Products which have been manipulated, altered or repaired by persons or entities other than authorised service centres. External casing, electromechanical components and wear and tear due to normal use. Shipping and insurance costs or damage to the product during transport. This warranty is valid only if repairs or services are performed or provided by NEEC Audio Barcelona, S.L. or an authorised service centre for ECLER products. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and supersedes and excludes all other warranties. NEEC Audio Barcelona, S.L. also rejects any liability for incidental or consequential damages in the event of a breach of this warranty. Some countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
*Ecler devices purchased before 01-01-2023 have three year warranty period from the date of purchase.
